I am doing fat smash for the second time (lost time I lost 40 pounds and kept it off!) but I am trying to mix in some new foods that I know are "good" but I am not sure what phase they are most appropriate for. I was wondering about Progresso soups that are the light versions. What phase would they be most appropriate for? Thanks!

Hi guys. This is my reading for the day. Fat: 48.78 Carbs: 14.08 Sugar: 4.18, Nett Carbs 9.18 and Protien: 28.21 and Cals: 590. Does this sound right.
