Hi workout gals! I need help!! I can not find the right style/fit of panties to wear when i'm working out! They always ride up or shift where i dont want them 2 and bother me so much i have to cut my workout short, Sad Any ideas of styles fits brands?? That i can look into...and pls dont tell me i'm the only girl that has this problem!!

I wear the spandex thongs from La Vie en Rose, they stay in place and are pretty smooth and plain so they work well under yoga pants. I'm sure Victoria Secret or La Senza carry similar Wink

I wear biker shorts to avoid the dreaded workout weggie! They are cheap and if they do ride, you don't have to dig in your crack to get them out....you just pull at the leg.

I wear low-rise panties by Fruit of The Loom. Never had a problem. Clinton & Stacie [TLC's "What Not to Wear"] would be appalled by this because I'm over 40!!! Laughing
