Hi everyone. I am a big fan of biggest loser and I am not sure why I didn't do this sooner, but I joined the pound for pound challenge. All you have to do is log onto pfpchallenge.com and pledge the amount you want to lose by April 27th (max of 2 pounds per week). I think this may be a great way to jump start those who need the push and an added bonus for those already doing well. I've already joined and pledged to lose 15 pounds. I'm HOPING that this will make me do it since I would be feeding families in need just by losing weight Smile

WHY JOURNAL
Thanks guys for your responses. My only add to this note above is: At the end of my weekly weigh ins, I am asked if I journal every day. That is the other reason why I journal! Cheers~GBU~Ann

Eating Consciously
When I am eating something really delicious I will even close my eyes so I can fully enjoy the taste of it. Since I am making my food portions I always eat everything on the plate ;-)
