Hi everyone. I did so horrible last night. My plans were to have a couple glasses of wine, but instead I opted for the micro brew beers, I did eat a chicken salad with beans & corn but it also had ranch dressing and bbq sauce but I felt like it was a middle of the road choice. Those beers were filling and definitely not good for me
Now today, I'm doing well so far but craving bad foods again. I'm struggling today to not eat crap all day long.

That happens to me! Every time I eat junk food I crave more of it. Argh! Its always hard for me to go right back on track the next day. But the more you succeed the easier it gets. Really buckle down and stay on track, then everything will go smoothly again. Remember, dont let one bad day of eating choices turn into two!

This happens to me too! Remember the saying "betcha can't eat just one?" that's exactly what they are talking about with junk food! My stragedy has always been that I MUST write down every morsel that I eat after a day of badness. Every morsel. It keeps you accountable, because if you don't write it down, you won't see your pattern of eating and believe me, my pattern was far worse than I was admitting to, consuming more than 600 calories than I was aware of (or admitting to)! Good Luck!

Thank you. I did end up doing pretty well yesterday except at night, I gave into ice cream again. Hagen Daz needs to stop making Waffle Cone flavor. I LOVE it. But today, I am not even thinking about it and as soon as I start to think of eating - I go do something else. Luckily we have a snow day so the kids are keeping me busy. That's a great idea writing down what I eat. That should be my new rule, if you are going to cheat that day, fine but write everything down. When I would look at that paper the next day, I would most likely be disgusted at how many calories I ate and maybe wouldn't do it again at least not that bad. My one cheat day, always turns into two. I do have to stop that because one cheat day a week is not that bad as long as I don't go crazy. Thanks for helping me to stay positive!
