i would love to connect with others!

i'm on day three of the fat smash detox and really do believe that i am going to commit the time and energy to better myself this time around. sooo tired of making excuses.

i'm a 35 year old northerner living in tennessee, single mother, freelance designer, and have about 60 pounds to lose. i'm confident in knowing how to lose weight, but just need the support of others to help keep me accountable and motivated and would love to be of help to others here as well!

please be my buddy!

thanks so much! i'm happy to say that i'm already feeling more energized on day three. and i'm obsessed. once i get obsessed with something, i don't stop. but it's great to have a place like this with others who are going through the same changes and can relate.

thanks again!

Hi Melty! I have 50 - 60 to lose too and I will be your buddy! I am trying to hard and am on day 5 of detox. I have lost all taste in my mouth from eating so many fruits/veggies LOL!

I am a working (own my own company so do it from home) mom of 2 little girls. I feel like my body is incapable of change and I hate seeing photos of myself! ick. I refuse to live my 30's overweight and unhappy with the way clothes fit.
my ticker bar is 3lbs off... i can't get it to start at 186 like I did!

Drink lots of water. If you can, try drinking the Benefiber packets in your bottled water. It keeps you feeling full which helps during the detox phase and it helps with bloat, belly fat, and energy.
