So i'm crazy crazy hungry already and i started chewing gum without even thinking about it. do you think this will affect the effectiveness of the cleanse?

It is theorized that chewing gum signals your stomach to produce acid to breakdown your food, carbohydrates specifically. Its also proven that gum chewing relieves stress. I dont see gum chewing causing any harm if you stay away from sugary gums.
