With the nice weather coming, I am interested in setting up a challenge that includes walking. A pedometer is not required because you can base it on minutes. I am basing the challenge on the Webwalking USA Walking Program that you can find at http://walking.about.com/cs/measure/a/webwalkingusa.htm run by Wendy Bumgardner. This challenge could also equate minutes of exercise to miles travelled. Take a look at her program. It looks like fun.

Working in exercise when you work 2 jobs
You do have a busy day with little time to rest. I basically experience the same problem when I do not get enough sleep. at least 7 hours of sleep does the trick.
