You haven't looked very far yet then cause there are quite a few of us. I'm from bonnie scotland. There's a forum for UK residents too. Regards

Hi I'm in Halifax in West Yorkshire and it's snowing today!!!! How do you all cope with the 'cup' measurement? I like this site!

Don't use cups. The recommendation is to have 20 NET carbs, 12-15 of which are from veggies.
Get a scale (digital if possible) and weigh your foods.

Fatsecret usually has the option to add by grams or ounces.

The "cups" think was an easy way for people to estimate, but it is not very accurate. Atkins now recommends weighing.

So quite a few on here from the UK yet I seem to be the only person adding food items (particularly from Tesco) to the database!
