Our leader talked about greek yogurt today, just so happened I had bougth my first container yesterday. It is really rich...mine had blueberries in it and after I put some sweetener in it it tasted so good. Good to keep in mind for a very satisfying 3 point treat ! Fourteen points of protein to boot!!!

Where do you buy it, at a health food store? Thanks for the suggestion, impressive protein in it.

You can get greek yogurt at a normal grocery store, trader joes or health food store. I like the brand fage they have it in low fat or fat free. It's delious with honey, grape nuts, berries, or plain!
