I'm not on any specific diet... Maybe calorie counting if you want something to go by... But I'm STARVING after my work out... I usually just eat my supper thats been saved, or grab whatever I can find.... Are there good foods and bad foods?
What I'm thinking could be good, is a cpl egg whites and a banana or fruit of some sort? Any suggestions will be good!

Usually after I exercise I drink a lot of water and eat 2 clementines. They're small so 2 would be needed to fill you up. Also, I'm on the weight watchers diet and clementines are classified as a filling food, which means it'll be able to keep you full for a longer period of time and they're low in calories.

I go for something high in protein and/or something with lots of good fats like an cheese, avocados, or fish. Almonds are good too, but they're kindof high in cals. Protein helps repair/rebuild muscle tissue which is especially important if you lift weights but in general good after work outs.

If I am between meals, then I usually grab some nuts or a protein bar.

anything with protein!
try Chobani Greek yogurts. the 0% [nonfat] Plain has 18g of muscle-reviving protein and 5 live, active cultures.

So frustrated!
8 pounds in a month is pretty great. That is 2 pounds per week. That is the far-end of the range of what you can leave and keep it off.
