I am TOTALLY confused with what foods to add during Phase 2. I understand the 3-4oz of meat per day. But then the seafood; is it 3 oz of fish OR 4 shrimp or is it 3 oz. fish AND 4 shrimp, etc? Same for milk and cheese. Do you only pick one per day out of the category. Can I only have 2 and 1/2 cups of milk a day OR the 2 6 oz of yogurt or can I have both? I hope this question makes sense because I need some answers in order to continue this diet. Also, the cereal. Is it both 1 1/2 cups cold cereal AND 1/2 cup hot cereal per day or do you just pick one of those per day?

ok say for breakfast you had 3 oz of halibut, then lunch you had 4 large shrimp, then at dinner you had 3 clams. they are servings allowed per day, and you can put them into any meal that you choose. you can have 6oz of yougart, 1 oz of cheese and 2.5 cups of milk per day. the cereal, you can have 1.5 cups of cold and .5 cups of hot per day.

eat too much salt.
And if you're hypothyroid like me, you go through sodium pretty quickly, so you have to salt your meals just to prevent low sodium levels from contributing to your symptoms.
