Let's all be proud of ourselves. We are almost out of the woods, and look how well we're doing. This is the most difficult time of the year diet-wise. Most people don't even think about their diets during this time of the year. They purposely put it off! And we are all on here working so hard. Even if we go up a little in weight, think how much better off we are because we can come here and talk! Thanks, all!!

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
