Hungry at night.

When I eat something past midnight I record it for the next day. I mean It was 11 December 2008 for ex. and then I slept and I woke up at 3.00 so I record it for 12 December 2008.
Debbra when I feel hungry at night I usually stay in the bed and try to think other things. If I feel very very hungry I drink water.
Once I read somewhere that the signal of hunger and the signal of thirst are kind of the same. Sometimes we think we are hungry but if we drink water it passes.
Second thing is that if you feel hungry and don't eat, 20 minutes later you don't feel hungry anymore. I read this,too. That's why they say that we should eat slowly and chew well because 20 minutes later we won't be feeling hungry and that makes us eat less.

Hey Chloe!! You're up too! I think you're absolutely right. I ate this stuff already a good ten minutes ago, and I feel exactly the same. I'm not sure it was hunger at all. It's probably my body playing tricks on me. I'm going to try to go back to sleep, maybe read, and get my mind off this weird feeling. This probably comes from yesterday's good work of lowering my points. I'm going to add the points to tomorrow's food diary and deal with it from there. Thanks!

Good for you! Are there any other exercises you can do that do not require that you are on your feet? It will only make your weight loss results better in the end with everything else you are already ...

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
