I love the Jello brand no sugar puddings. They're only 60 calories, have relatively little fat, and only one point for WW. Also the kettle korn, 100 cal packs from Orville R. They're pretty filling and give the salty, sweet taste that I love. I don't eat them but I know people love the 100 calorie hostess cupcakes. For me, I end up eating the whole box; so they're no good. Don't forget your water. It helps take away cravings. Can't think of any more right now.

I have such a sweet tooth that I was having a problem being good for long. But for me I have found the Special K Bars. I like the Honey Nut but there are so many flavors and for the sweetness with chocolate I LOVE the Bliss Bars. Orange is my favorite. Maybe you could give that a try.
Another treat is yogurt. I'm not a big fan of most flavors but those chocolate ones taste really good. Just watch the labels!
Hope that helps!!

So frustrated!
8 pounds in a month is pretty great. That is 2 pounds per week. That is the far-end of the range of what you can leave and keep it off.
