"Hungry Girl" emails, they're super cute, free low-cal recipes if you sign up on her site. (Includes WW point values) I don't use fake sweetener like her, but everything else is awesome!

I love Hungry Girl, too! I don't get the emails, but I visit the website every day. I don't use the fake sweetner either - that's the only reason I didn't buy her cookbook.

So frustrated!
8 pounds in a month is pretty great. That is 2 pounds per week. That is the far-end of the range of what you can leave and keep it off.
