BFL rocks. Every time I have followed it, the diet provided me with healthy weight loss and strength increases with consistency. I have tried other diets and failed, but BFL has delivered success every time I have used it!

Yes, I mean exercise walking, jumping jacks,squat, etc.:p I'm doing really good keeping up with my schedule 3days 2 mile walks.

Bad scale! Bad scale!
Watch your sodium intake, that can make you retain water and inch those scales up. There's also a great article somewhere here you can search out called "Why the Scales Lie" , lots of good ...
