Please remember that we need to treat ourselves every once in a while.

Think of which candy ranks highest in your mind. Find that candy and eat a piece, but don't eat 10, and don't eat any of the 30 pieces that get in the way while trying to find your piece of "Dream Candy".

Last year, you ate 25 pieces of candy on and around Halloween. This year...eat 5.

This tiny change will produce results AND keep you happy.

Personally, I'm a Kit-Kat guy. I'll take the smallest bites and suck off all the chocolate until I'm only left with wafers.

Everything in Moderation people...

My dream candy is peanut m&m's. We have the "fun" size packs at work this past two weeks. I did really well the first week and didn't have one, this week I had three packs. That's it. I fed the chocolate beast in me and now I am fine. Have a great week!

Where is everyone from?
Shropshire, England, UK. Very rural. We have access to a small convenience store, but most food is delivered from the Tesco supermarket chain. Meat and other seasonals come from the village butcher.
