We all have times like that just re-group and move forward even if it takes a few tries...don't get frustratred or be too hard on yourself, you've done so much with your weight loss and should continue to be proud of your acomplishments.

Tomorrow is always another day! Maybe you can set some mini-goals that will be easier to focus on...

Chin up and come out with full'll get there!

I'm right there with ya! The thing is we can't force our bodies to meet our goals. We can only trudge forward and just try to keep moving in the right direction.
