Hello all! I'm Tina a 27 year old mother of three with my youngest being just 8 weeks old and my oldest is 5 1/2. I live in the DFW area of Texas where I run a home daycare. You would think with chasing after 6 to 7 kids a day that I would not have time to sit down and eat but then nap time comes around and I eat anything I can get my hands on because I am bored. Yea that is right bored with a house full of sleeping kids. Anyway I am just ready to get all the weight off that I have gained in the past 6 years. I have a hard time finding the time to go to the gym. I used to do water aerobics on Tu and Th evenings until I was in my second trimester of pregnancy. I would go back but Tu and Th are now the nights my dh works late and I can't take my youngest to the gym daycare for a couple more months. Before I got pg with my youngest I got up and went to the gym at 5:30 in the morning a couple times a week however with getting up in the middle of the night to feed I am doing good to get up at 6:30 so I can get ready for work. I just have to FORCE myself to get up and go to the gym when I can. I am sure you all know how hard that is when you have 100 other things that need to be done. I have a hard time eating healthy as well. However now that I am keeping track of my calorie intake it should be easier. I look forward to meeting a few new people who share my struggles.

Gonna give this a try. With hard work, determination and God's blessings I'll shed these 20 lbs to reach my goal weight of 165 by mid August before I go back to school . Wish me luck! :d

Hello
Hello finding what works and is sustainable for you is key. Also burning more calories then what we consume is part of the equation too. This journey is a marathon and not a sprint. Good luck
