Hey guys, I'm new to this site and so I thought I'd introduce myself. I'm a 21 year old student and I have always had a weigh problem but I have decided that I want change and so here I am. I know it's not going to be easy but I'm willing to grit my teeth and push on as long as I get to my goal. I hope to meet some friendly people here and I hope many of you would help me through this and rest assured, I will always be there to help you too if you want it. Wish me luck! Smile

Probably lowering your calories by at least 500 a day and eating clean is your best bet.

This is more of a general tip, don't deprive yourself entirely of the treats you like, have a small controlled amount every so often, that way you are less likely to binge when the guy next to you ...
