Hey guys, I'm new to this site and so I thought I'd introduce myself. I'm a 21 year old student and I have always had a weigh problem but I have decided that I want change and so here I am. I know it's not going to be easy but I'm willing to grit my teeth and push on as long as I get to my goal. Track or go on the 5:2 diet if you don't want to track every day. After a few weeks of tracking you should be back in control. Post on the site so you can get support. Good luck.
