I heard it is a good cleanse, but hard on the stomach IF you have digestive issues. If you digest just fine it can be very healthy to do for a week. In my opinion you should treat it like a fast because your body will detox, so do it when you can take time off work or at least rest when you get home. Drink plenty of water. You might go through some detox symptoms.
Steamed veggies would not be "raw" but you could do a modified cleanse.
I would do it, but I have had digestive issues in the past and I don't want to aggravate them. Good luck!

i did it for 30 days and it was awesome! i bought a cookbook called RAW which had some decent recipes... i lost almost 13 pounds!!! had a lot of energy!! and felt great!

Steamed veggie are good. Remember to eat a wide variety of veggies instead just 2 or 3 different types. That way you'll get so many important nutrients in your diet...something that most processed foods lack.
