Okay guys... man o man do I feel GUILTY!!!! Embarassed

I ran up to the store to get something and decided to grab a treat for my daughter and grabbed some dark chocolate peanut m&m's for me. I came home an INHALED the entire little bag of them. Evil or Very Mad Evil little things, I ate them like I was DYING without them!

ugh...

Well... if you need to confess something, feel free to chime right in here... what's that they say??

"Confession's good for the soul" ... can't hurt, right? lol

HA HA! Don't let the little evil monsters get ya down! Your 'sins' have been forgiven. lol

I totally had pasta at a restaurant today. Free blueberry pie (a HUGE piece) came with it though, but I gave THAT to my friend. Thank goodness I had some self-control.

Bully - at least you got the dark chocolate (antioxidant) and the peanuts (good fat) instead of an alternative candy with no nutritional value. Bad Grin I think you needed some comfort today. (((Hugs)))

BTW, I had FF cream cheese, lite Cool Whip and strawberry dessert, 2 sugar free puddings, loads more Cool Whip, banana, and almonds before 1:00 pm today. I'm over it now. Pudding is now banned from my house. I'll have to work on a strict limit of the cream cheese dessert. I think of that as ok since it is protein and fruit.

lol @ KellyBo! I now feel guilty that DLAndrews wants my sins!! Bad Grin

I confess that I had more "bad" stuff at the fair last night... okay. GUYS!!! I LOVE the big, cinnamon sugary ELEPHANT EARS!! I can't tell you how I yearn for them when it comes time for FAIR. I don't ever have them besides then... so YES, I had one that I shared with the girls last night. AND.... I had a ROOT BEER FLOAT!Sad Yet another thing that I LOVE, yet NEVER indulge in. I can't even remember the last time I had one. Thank goodness for all of the walking, though.

Dark chocolate is at least healthier, and the peanuts can be considered "good" oils... Wink Don't beat yourself up... at least it wasn't a HUGE ole bag of M&Ms... I have even had a square or two of Trader Joes Dark Chocolate when I was craving something sweet... (but I am on WW)

It is suprizing how a small "treat" will actually e "good" for you... you won't fall totally off the wagon that way.

Thanks for posting ! We got your back ! Wink

Love yourself !

I had a sandwich yesterday without any sort of veg on it.. I also had a sugarfree fudge pop yesterday morning for breakfast..

I had macaroni and cheese (homemade..just 2% fat american slices, smart balance, and skim milk and the bad ol pasta..) on Friday.

I'm sure I have something to confess... OH YeS!! I certainly do! I had more CHOCOLATE yesterday and I had THREE pieces of a dark chocolate, naughty purchase, due to it BEING ON SALE and I wanted a dark chocolate treat for me. But.. to no avail, I have no control. THREE pieces was one over the allotted TWO.

Well, there ya have it... guilty confessions... sure "glad" I started this thread... looks like I'll be visiting it frequently.

Hmmm... maybe I should do as I say... and start a positive thread about what I did RIGHT to balance it out??? Very Happy I think I WILL! Have a rockin' day! xoxo Cool

Make your way of eating and your exercise part of your life, not a diet that will run it's course. Sounds easy but it does take commitment and effort.
