Is there a way to print the diet calendar? I would like to keep mine in a three ring binder to share with my doctorRolling Eyes

Maybe a print screen option? When you have your diet calendar up on the page you want it on, then press CTRl and Print Screen, and then go to whatever Word program you have, and paste it there.. From there, you can print it out.

That sounds like a good idea, as I've got a physical coming up and I'd like to show off my progress Smile

Good luck!
