Hi,

Any advice for me as I start my adventure into diet land tomorrow ? I know it's going to be a tough day as I love to eat my carbs. I'm going to go cold turkey off bread as that is a real weakness for me.

It's hard avoiding bread for the first week...after that, it's smooooooth sailing!! Smile
My advice is TAKE ONE DAY AT A TIME, be patient, be KIND to yourself, and make lots of friends on here!! The people on here are GREAT!
see ya!

Just prepare with all the legal foods. After 3-5 days it DOES get easier, I promise. Smile

Love the food that loves you back.
