Aren't the juices the same thing? You have to add water to the juice. equal parts juice and water - mix in a pitcher. Drink it thoughout the day. Good luck.Smile

You mix the juice mix with the same amount of water. You divide it for 2 days. Sip on it throughout the day.

While doing this, you are allowed 6oz of protein per day and unlimited green vegetables. Remember to drink 8 glasses of water too. The juice mix does not count for any of your water intake.

water after eating?
Water has no calories. It will not make you fatter. There isn't a lot of research about when to drink water because water won't hurt you unless you are drinking gallons of it per day.

Don't spend the money - do it youself if you can get ahold of the diet plan.
