Aren't the juices the same thing? You have to add water to the juice. equal parts juice and water - mix in a pitcher. Drink it thoughout the day. Good luck.Smile

While doing this, you are allowed 6oz of protein per day and unlimited green vegetables. Remember to drink 8 glasses of water too. The juice mix does not count for any of your water intake.
