I'm a low carber, and what worked for me SO well 10 years ago for the wedding- doesn't now- apparently I can't have as much fat in my diet now and it work.
I just joined this week and haven't been able to show for all the food planning I am doing- but LAST week I dropped 4 pounds.
Whatever diet you are on, try to use their food diary-it's really easy-and if your honest with yourself you can see where you need to improve. If you are like me, you try to pop a taste of everything you cooked for the kids and pretend it didn't count cause you are standing up!lol, Liz

Also, I strained my neck last year, so bad that I spent a good deal of the summer in bed with migraines stemming from my upper back. It was depressing. I feel for you. I bought an inexpensive band exercizer from Walmart and have been trying to increase my upper body strength without re-straining my neck. I like the idea of muscle burning fat while I rest! This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
