Hello all,
Im new to this and addicted to dieting, I joined this forum to get help to make changes and make a lifetime change, i would love to hear some of your stories on how you lost weight and advice on how to get started the first week. i decided to do the "carbs are evil" group so if you guys can tell me what some of you ate the first week that would be appreciated. thanks!!
