Hello all,

Im new to this and addicted to dieting, I joined this forum to get help to make changes and make a lifetime change, i would love to hear some of your stories on how you lost weight and advice on how to get started the first week. i decided to do the "carbs are evil" group so if you guys can tell me what some of you ate the first week that would be appreciated. thanks!!Very Happy

Hi - I was 14lbs over weight and lost it in 12wks. so yep 6 months if you stick to a diet will be easy

This is more of a general tip, don't deprive yourself entirely of the treats you like, have a small controlled amount every so often, that way you are less likely to binge when the guy next to you ...
