olive oil question

The big thing with salads is to measure your dressing. I found that Good Seasonings makes a dressing mix that is free in terms of points with no oil--and I swear you won't even notice the oil is gone! I make it with balsalmic vinegar just to be extra fancy. Wink

That seems pretty low in calories and bad fats, but there aren't many nutrients in that salad, adding some raw veggies like beets, carrots, tomatoes and/or spinach would up the healthy factor by quite a bit Smile

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
