(A few of )My Secrets for a Great Life (not necessarily in this order):

People to love and who love me
Birds singing outside my window
The first day it "feels" like spring
Laughing until it hurts
A cat curled up and purring in my lap
The sweat of a great workout
People who focus on the positive
Volunteering
Singing in the shower
Watching a squirrel hang upside down off the birdfeeder to eat
Friends who have known you for decades
Gratitude

Playing in mud puddles and not caring
Dancing with my two year old
Kickboxing to the song Kung Fu Fighting
Relaxing with yoga
Sex on a regular basis!(hard when you have an overworked husband and a hyperactive toddler!)
A good hair day
New shoes
A clean house that smells good
A good movie, a cuddle and some popcorn to share
72 degrees and a gentle breeze
Slobbery two year old kisses
Time is an illusion..
Lunchtime, doubly so.

Watching my children playing together. Watching my cats chasing & playing together lol.
Giving food (not money) to beggers.
Cycling along the river to the park with my children.
Seeing my childrens excitement and joy after the tooth fairy *ehem!* has left them a pound stirling (£1) under their pillows.
Rainy days while warm indoors.
