ok what is this? i copied and pasted it...is this telling me that according to the diet i should eat 631kcals daily? but i don't understand how does this work? bc today i've only eaten and logged in like 426 kcals for the day...so where do they get 544kcals??? i'm so confused.....

Do not EVEN worry about it..your number is an average of what you have eaten lately,the other number is an average of calories the other memers on the same diet, and it is VERY innaccurate. Not everyone posts everything they eat, for one thing. Anyway, there's no sense in comparing your calorie intake to other people's, epecially when they are all different heights, builds, and sex. A lot of factors come into play as far as how many calories you need, as I'm sure you are aware. Don't get caught up in trying to keep up with others, epecially according to that awful thing. It's completley useless, I think, I wish they would get rid of it.

Errr, you are on the website now? Do you mean the info you submitted on the (stolen) phone? Unless the application on the phone and the web account were synched, then I don't think you can.

Put the food in a Recipe (far right). then once that is done, you can add it to your plan. Otherwise, you can put the components in, but better to do recipes.
