Smile Hello all.

I'm Angie my primary diet is really weight watchers but I'm drinking Slim Fast too and keeping track of my points. It's really been working for me.

I do have a question for someone though why can't you have nuts on the Slim Fast plan? I would greatly appreciate it if someone could message me.

Thanks

I wish everyone much luck and motivation!

I didn't know you couldn't. I would like to know the answer to this as well.

Love the food that loves you back.

Take it one day at a time!

Don't know much about the Slim Fast plan, but I know that it's a low fat-low cal, and nuts have a high fat and calorie count (though they are good fats most low fat diets don't take that into account!)

I am currently on the Slim-Fast Plan and twice this week one of my snacks was nuts. Smile 30 pistachios one day and 12-15 medium almonds on another. I just started the plan on Sunday and printed my meal plan on 4/10/10. Hope this helps.
