Exercise is the key .
I think if you exercise 3 to 4 times a week.It makes the weight loss easier and you will feel better .

20 to 30min. on tread mill ,bike ect.

I did well today!!!!
Doughnuts always look better then they taste. They are not worth the calories. Good for you that you didn't cave in :-)
