I have recently lost a good amount of weight and have followed thru with the promise to myself that I would join a gym. I just joined the Donelson YMCA and I am looking for a work out buddy! I know a gym is a place where people go to get in shape-but I haven't seen any overweight people there and I am starting to feel like "the fat girl" who doesnt know what shes doing. I dont know what I am doing but I am going to keep trying! If you or anyone you know might be interested just send me a message. I think it would be great to work out with someone who is going thru the same stuff that I am. Thanks!

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Every 2 weeks now as I am looking to lose stone at a time not a pound here and there. When at ideal weight will go to 1x a week.

shifting not loosing

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
