Start weight May 5th, 2008: 318
Week 1: 312.6 (-5.4) - 250 minutes of exercise
Week 2: 311 - (-1.6) - 310 minutes of exercise
Week 3: 305.1 - (-5.9) - 338 minutes of exercise
Week 4: 303.8 - (-1.3) - 418 minutes of exercise
Week 5: 300 - (-3.8) - 464 minutes of exercise
Week 6: 299 - (-1) - pretty much no exercise... weak.

Total loss = 19lbs

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
