Today is the first day for me actually logging what I'm eating. Boy, is it ever an eye opener!

Yep I know what ya mean..
But we all gotta start somewhere.
if you don't mind me saying so, you seem to be eating a lot of fast food/prepackaged stuff. You would definitely get to eat more for the calories if you are to eat real food like whole grains, lean protein, fruit and veggies.
1 cookie= 100 calories
4 cups of brocolli= 100 calories
1 banana= 100 calories
1 small potato= 100 calories
2 slices light whole wheat bread=100 calories
Just a friendly suggestion. I'm sure it's nothing you don't already know..don't take it the wrong way!
But I know how hard it can be to stick to low calores when eating out a lot and eating a lot of convenience foods. For instance, at one time I was eating a Lean Pocket for lunch every day, about 260 calories. It took no time to eat one, and I would be hungry again in a couple hours. I have some in the freezer that have been in there forever, because I know for 260 calories I can have a whole big salad with tuna or turkey, plus a pudding or serving of light ice cream for dessert and be far more satisfied. That's just one example. Finding alternatives to the high cal things that made us gain weight in the first place is all a part of the process.
Time is an illusion..
Lunchtime, doubly so.

The first week I started tracking my food, I was shocked to see how unbalanced my diet was in getting the right nutrients! Using the diet tracker has really helped me to focus on what I'm eating and where I need to change.

Yeah.. well..
hehe.. where I work, there are many who will work very late. A few times a week the office supplies us with dinner. Unfortunately that usually means pizza.. or wings.. or chinese. Last night it was pizza. Compounded by my oversleeping yesterday and only being able to grab a doughnut for breakfast.. uggg.. it was all downhill from there
