Body fat percentage is a MUCH better way to track progress than the (what I think is) stupid Body Mass Index (BMI) scale. BMI takes your weight and your height, and assigns you to a category.. not taking into account that muscle is 5 times as dense as fat. You have have lost 5 pounds of fat, and gained 7 pounds of muscle.. you look leaner, your clothes fit better, yet BMI is telling you you're still overwight. So wrong.
Anyway.. that being said, I tried out the link above... and it scored me at
8.8%
body fat. Soooo.... i'm not sure how accurate a test this really is. Granted, I don't have a tape-measure handy and used the string-mark-and-measure method.. so my numbers might be a little off, but i can't believe they're off enough to give me an 8.8% !!

anyone doing
the GL diet,which is similar to the GI diet but slighty different LOL It is great and you feel full all the time and can eat a good deal on it as well I have struggled all my life with weight problems ...
