ok i pathetic to post my own birthday but today is my 30th and its a big deal for me...for some strange reason i see 30 as the number when i start having to "grow up" top it all off TOM isnt being very nice today and i might even have to make a trip to the hospital to make sure nothing is going wrong...having a tremendous amount of pain..almost as bad as being in labour...gonna take it real easy!
I am doing this for you girls.....always remember mommy loves you Smile

Happy 30th Birthday! I just turned 39 myself…and I still don’t feel grown up! Hahahah its just a number…and definitely not how old I feel! (the one that got to me the most was when I turned 37…because then I was officially closer to 40! Hahaha) I hope your hospital trip isn't anything serious, and that you are in and out quickly!

Happy Birthday! My 30th is in 10 days and I'm feeling a little bummed about it. However, I'm trying to remind myself that 30s are the new 20s. There is no better time than now to make the most of your life. It is just a number and we will survive!

Love the food that loves you back.

Take it one day at a time!

I prepared for my 30th birthday by telling everyone I was thirty for months in advance. That way, the shock wore off. I'm still shocked though, in a way. I'm not sure if I'll ever be a grown up.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
