I have slowly been getting better about finding low point alternatives to eat. However, I have frequently caught myself leaving all my points until dinner lately. I know that WW says to only eat until you're full and that you must eat all of your points everyday. What do you do when you feel full but you still have points left to eat Question

I find that eating something like nuts as a little snack somewhere will give you a calorie boost. Good too for increasing fat, where sometimes that can be quite low with WW. Just make sure you weigh them out and put the bag away... as if you're anything like me I find I want to just keep munching nuts! Rolling Eyes

Planning your daily meals in advance will help you spread those points out more throughout the day.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
