The old saying you are what you eat, hits the nail on he head. I'm glad to be here and this is the way I look at it! I've been following the bfl program for about 9 years now. I have won and lost at the diet game and know what it takes to lose weight. The problem is like so many other people who are employee's we don't always get to eat like we should. I've come up with a sure fire way to make it work it's called getting everyone involved. The more people you get involved the better chances you have of getting your meals in every day. I let everyone know what my goal where and what I had to do to achieve them. Guess what I put them in charge f helping me succeed and guess who reaps all the rewards. EVERYONE!!
