Weight Watchers points - need help!

I don't know if the ball I have is a whole cup, but if I eat half of it with some tomato and basil, and drizzle it with some EVOO and some Balsamic it shouldn't be to bad for me - probally somewhere around 6-7 points?? (I always count up just to be safe). I'll just have to eat a light dinner!

If you click on the weight history at the top (next to your exercise history), there should be menu off to the right. One of the options is to change your goal weight.

Yeah it is strange indeed to remove the main part of the bread especially when there is a risk that you are removing with it some iron that is difficult to get elsewhere , but i'm well aware of that ...
