Weight Watchers points - need help!

Thanks for that, but this is whole milk!! Shock Maybe I shouldn't have even gotten it, but I figure if its mu whole lunch than it can't be that bad..... So does anyone know what whole milk mozzarella is??

Thanks so much! I don't know if the ball I have is a whole cup, but if I eat half of it with some tomato and basil, and drizzle it with some EVOO and some Balsamic it shouldn't be to bad for me - probally somewhere around 6-7 points?? (I always count up just to be safe). I'll just have to eat a light dinner!

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
