I don't know if the ball I have is a whole cup, but if I eat half of it with some tomato and basil, and drizzle it with some EVOO and some Balsamic it shouldn't be to bad for me - probally somewhere around 6-7 points?? (I always count up just to be safe). I'll just have to eat a light dinner!
