Hey there! I found Rita's nutritonal information online at here. If you find the one you ate and add it to Fatsecret as a custom food, it will automatically calculate the WW points for you.

Rewarding yourself

Weight loss stalled
Having 200 calories every 2 hours, for eg; like from 8am to 6pm should shake things up abit and hopefully get the ball rolling again.
