Does anyone know how many points for a regular water ice from Rita's... And a sugar free water ice...

Hey there! I found Rita's nutritonal information online at here. If you find the one you ate and add it to Fatsecret as a custom food, it will automatically calculate the WW points for you.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
