Does anyone know an outlet for the Atkins Bake mix?? Do they make it anymore??? The only thing I can find are bars and shakes.
I would appreciate any information I can get on this.Question

I have been able to make my own substitutions in different recipes with combinations of almond flour, coconut flour, walnut flour and you can also use soy flour but I cannot because I'm allergic to soy. Message me a recipe and I can help you make substitutions. Also check out for some great low-carb recipes.

Better than soy flour, get soy fiber, you can get it at health food stores. A cup is 4-5 carbs, if I remember right - it is mostly fiber. It works perfectly in sponge cake and cookies.

I can't have soy either, since it interferes with my medication, but my mom is a fan of the soy fiber.
