I'm getting confused with the multiple forums and places we need to be tracking!! Anyway, I already put this on the main forum, but thought I'd include this here anyway.

Mini challenge:

What are your health goals for this challenge and what actions/choices/sacrifices are YOU willing to make to meet or exceed those goals

Goals:
1) wake up by 6 am, and related to that,
2) get my workout done in the morning,
3) Drink 1 liter of water in the mornign, and keep drinking more water throughout the day,
4) Be sure to eat plenty of salads and fruits daily
5) Cook at least twice a week, and eat at least 1 cooked meal a day (cooked by me)
6) Take all my multivitamin and supplementary pills daily

Sacrifices:
1) Sleep by 11 pm--so sacrifice TV, talking to friends, or hanging out later than that for the duration of this challenge until I firmly develop the habit of waking up at 6.30 am
2) To get at least 1 hour of daily exercise, sacrifice time for other pleasures such as evening TV-watching, or talking to friends
3) Take 30 mins. at night to get my next day's lunch, meals, and workout stuff ready for the next day
4) Make sure to stop all work come lunch time, and take timed breaks for snacks, lumch, and water
YOU CAN DO IT!! YOU ARE STRONG! YOU ARE INVINCIBLE!!!

It has been reported that the real CherBru has been kidnapped by aliens. The alien that has invaded her body is single and and wanting to get her lookin' good so she can flirt with Babu! (he is male, right?) Laughing

Fantastic work this week, Team, with an amazing 4,691 minutes of activity!! We were the only team with 100% participation, so this really was a great team effort!

Congratulations to 08willbegreat who recorded a total of 590 minutes of focused activity!! Special mention also to Timrah with 550 minutes!

Let's push even harder next week to try to move up the ratings!!

I can't wait to see the results of the weigh-in now. We've had a great week, with some phenomenal losses. Congratulations to evelyn64 for the biggest percentage loss of 3.2% (an incredible 6.8lbs)!! Special mention also to MelodyTX for her 2.3% loss (a staggering 8lbs)!

GO TRAILBLAZERS!!!
