Globe Trotters Team - Make sure you keep watching the challenge post that I sent you all the link to. Add all you fellow team members to your buddy list and lets all have a great time in this challenge!
this is FUN, MOTIVATIONAL, INSPIRATIONAL... and we will all lose weight, get healthier and pick up some good habit along the way.
think of it as being on the "biggest loser" tv show.. we will all work together as a team and help and inspire each other along the way. So lets start this voyage around the world, share the excitement and maybe lose some baggage along the way !
If you have any team talk, we will post it here. Challenge talk will be posted at the link I sent you. Now, lets get ready, we have to catch our first flight out of here tomorrow! so make sure to message me your weigh ins by 3pm Eastern Standard Time every Saturday (weigh in early if you're going to be gone).
Hooray Globe Trotters!

Two of my most favorite people here are on the same team without me.
Take care of each other!
Of course, we are all pulling for each other, but I still want MY team to win!!

Because this is a very busy time of year for me, Ohitsashley has agreed to be my "Assistant-Tour Director" for this trip. I want to thank her for taking on the job because two heads are better than one!
See at the starting point!

Man, I love this team name. I think I'm going to make basketball part of my exercise just in honor of the name.

Welcome! Every time we have a challenge, the number of people participating seems to grow and grow -- that's awesome! Working together, we can achieve things that we never could alone. Like traveling the world in 42 days!

Hello all! I'm super excited to be a part of this team. We've got a tour director AND an co-director, so we are already ahead of the game.
This is my first challenge here, so I may have a lot of questions about the processes. Here's my first one...exercise. Do I log it on my diet calendar
and
post the weekly total on the challenge thread? Oh, and are we supposed to post weekly weigh in/exercise on this thread as well (I noticed some had put their current weight and didn't want to miss something!)?
I'm really looking forward to this, as I have finally got my eating under control and was looking for some motivation to ramp up my exercise. Let's get going!

I work late on Saturdays so sorry about the late post. It after 9PM here and I am just catching up with everyone. This is my first challenge too and it feels wonderful to be part of something. I am going to log my exercise on the other message board AND my diet calendar now. I intend to log it everyday to earn extra points. I am VERY competitive and the kind of person who always did the extra credit assignments.
Have a great evening everyone and Happy Easter. Stay cool-it's going to be 90 degrees here tomorrow.

Hello Fellow Globe Trotters -
Just finished with my 40 min walk with my dog. Just wanted to let you know that you may not hear much from other than the basics to earn our "points" for this week and part of next week. My husband is off from work and we are busy working outside, seeing my dad, etc. but I will try to log when I can!!!

Logging in exercise :
You can log it into your diet calender, but it's not required. Its very helpful though. However you
HAVE
to log all your daily exercise in every Friday by 6 est.
But If you want to earn more points, for our team
You can post daily in the main thread. Every point counts!
And No you don't have to post it here =) This is just for our team to chat.
Hope that all made sense, I'm not the best at explaining things sometimes.
<3 Good luck everyone.

It's Tuesday!
I hope everyone is doing well. I am tired-not sure why. Maybe allergies... Going to the gym in a few hours. Making my stepson pick me up so I know I will go! Getting there is always the hardest part for me.
Looking forward to reading your posts later!

I take them with a full glass of water, and a hand full of almonds.
Let me know how it goes. I hope it works for you!
