IF you go to the WW site, and look under the Core board, there is usually a bunch of recipes there. You can also ask them where to find the best recipes are on the internet. Try googling "WW core recipes." I have seen many sites with core recipes. Good luck!

Great idea Suzie! I switched from flexto core and it's working a lot better for me! I have googled WW Core and found a bounch of recipes too. A site I like to go to is 3 Fat Chicks. They have it organized pretty well. There are way more Flex recipes- but alot can be converted to Core. Smile I've learned a lot of techniques.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
