Okay, so I have been doing this for a month or so and am hoping to hook up with someone that is in it for the long haul. I have about 50 more pounds to lose on the FFP. I have been semi-sporadic in recording and hope to find someone with a similar goal who is going to be around for awhile to bounce ideas, exchange tips and recipes with etc.Cool

I don't really fit your criteria, but I just wanted to wish you well on here. I'm sure you'll get more and more buddies as you visit more. I am not on Fat Flush, but I recently read the book and I think it is a great plan! Smile I intend to use some of her suggestions along with my Atkins plan, while I transition to maintenance. I like how Fat Flush really focuses on whole foods that strengthen and clean your body.

Love the food that loves you back.

Take it one day at a time!

I'm on Weight Watchers and would also like to have a buddy group to converse with... A guess a diet is a diet right?

I'm doing a low carb type plan...we'll call it modified Atkins. I've done it before, but this time I nee dot lose about 40-50 lbs. I'd like to lose most of it by August (going to my sister-in-law's wedding)and I need a buddy as well. Very Happy

Very Happy Count me in as your buddy. I've just started too and had lost 2 kg in 5 days. Diet with ideas from FFP and Atkins. For past three days, I was just surviving on flaxseed meal, cranberry juice and fried egg with lots of green juice and medicinal herbal teas.

Today jogging for 2 km. Next 5 days, hoping to lose another couple of kilos.

Very Happy I would be honored to be your buddy. Lets see what we can do together. I want to lose about 40 pounds and started a diet last Monday. I tried to weigh in but my scale is broken. (No I didn't break it!!) I am planning to buy a new one tomorrow.
Let me hear from you soon.

Those seem like great results. Isn't it good when we lose weight and get all these other side benefits? With 5:2 the two fast days (FD) are eating up to 500 calories for a woman (600 for men) then ...

Oh hey, I'm gonna say sayonnara to my 50's this summer, so if your still looking I'm game. Funny comment about getting the best discounts -- another reason 2B happier about 60 :-)

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
