I am not on Fat Flush, but I recently read the book and I think it is a great plan! Smile I intend to use some of her suggestions along with my Atkins plan, while I transition to maintenance. I like how Fat Flush really focuses on whole foods that strengthen and clean your body.

Today jogging for 2 km. Next 5 days, hoping to lose another couple of kilos.

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
