Hello, This is my first day on here, and the first day of my W.W. diet. i have about 90 lbs. to lose. I'm bound and determined to lose this weight. I realize that I cannot do this alone, as I have tried and I end up heavier than when I started. I do very mild exercise, but have been increasing the amount as I gain strength and breathing ability.

Hi. Congrats on moving toward your goal. I've done WW in the past and it does work as long as you stay with it, which I had a bad habit of not doing. But this time I'm determined to esp since I signed up for this site and have to record my weight on it. I don't know it feels like it just kinda pushes you to do better. Keep up the exercise and eventually you'll be amazed at what you can do. GOOD LUCK!!!!Smile

No worries I feel your pain. And weightwatchers isn't a diet really. You have to view it as a lifestyle change and your set. Will power.

Congrats on your decision to make a change and good luck on your journey. Everyone on this site has a common goal and we're all here to encourage, motivate, and share our experiences. I often find that just reading posts and journal entries motivate me to stick to the plan and keep going - even when I want to give up. Keep on excercising, stick to the WW plan, keep coming back here and you're sure to succeed. Just remember, if you slip, get back on plan the next day, or even the next meal, and you'll be fine.

I started two weeks ago too! I've lost about 25 lbs. but I'm not sure exactly how much I lost as a direct result of WW. I love the freedom of the flex plan. I don't feel too constricted because I can eat whatever I want (as long as it's worth the points). Keep on truckin!

I need more carbs
I've never gone vegetarian, is it easy enough to get protein? At the end of the day, protein and calories are what matter most. Good luck!
