Try this! I took the tip from this site to make a pizza out of a light pita bread and it was great!
I found Joseph's whole wheat pitas- only 60 cal, 2 g fat and 4 g fiber at Walmart. Spray them with pam or olive oil. I spread on tomato paste and sauce, Italian seasoning, fresh spinach, red onion, fresh mushrooms, little garlic, roma tomatoes, and a little light cheese and baked at 425. There is nothing bad at all in these and they are packed with great nutrients!!
For a different salad I did this and really like it:
Fresh spinach, little sliced apple, some dried cranberries, few walnuts. I put a light raspberry vinagrette on top.
All very tasty, very healthy, high protein, low carb and filling. What more could you want!
