I don't have a recipe for a low carb bar but my curves instructor gave me this recipe called Raspberry squares, per serving is 2g carbs,
20g fat 198 calories and 0 protein. You need 1 package of raspberry sugar-free gelatin or use your
choice of gelatin flavor, 1 cup boiling water, 2 8-
ounce packages cream cheese soften.
Sprinkle gelatin into boiling water, and stir until well dissolved. In bowl, beat cream cheese until very
creamy. With mixer running, add gelatin, 1/4 cup at a
time, and mix until thoroughly combined. Pour into
8x8 pan, and refrigerate until firm, about two hours.
