Look at the bar graph on the home page, people! The "losers" on Atkins are losing more weight than the folks on any of the other diets!! You're doing awesome! Keep it up!!!

The graph on the front fluctuates between diets. It depends on who has weighed in recently. That being said, Atkins is one of the tried and true diets for success. I think the amazing thing is the long-term success that we see and the lasting good-feelings of being off carbs are great too. Very Happy

I am on the Atkins diet on induction and gaining weight! Please help.
do you know how many calories a day you are actually consuming...I am having a major stall myself but try to not eat more than 1200 per day ....1000 is probably better if you want to see the scale move ...

:) I take it after 1485 in calories yesterday, halting my drinking of water after 7PM seemed to help... Next weigh in Friday August 29, 2014 need to atleast get to 154-155/ Need to exercise more and tweek ...

This is tough......I,m spending 90% of my time trying to stay on meal plan and the other 10% going off it.....Resulting in an increase in weight..
